Kyle's Condo Photos

This past weekend, I went over and took a few pics of the model of the condo I am moving into next year in May or so. This isn't my unit, but the one they have setup for selling purposes. They are currently apartments (2 bedroom, 2 full bath, 1100 sq feet) and they are converting them over to condos to buy in phases. Once the current renter moves out, they will be completely renovated inside and have all new carpet, kitchen flooring, paint, doors, windows, all major appliances, sinks, cabinets, and counters put in (I think thats all they do!!) The only thing different on mine is that obv. I'll have my own furnishings and my unit is on the other side of the building from the model they have, so things are "flipped" but the layout is identical. Theres about 425 units or so on 44 acres of land - from 1 bed 1 bath condos, to 3 bed 3 bath townhouses.

EntranceThis is standing facing the entrance which is on the upper right in the picture. Standing with my back to the doorwall to the deck/balcony.

DiningThis is the "dining" room and kitchen to the right. Again, the doorwall/balcony behind me.

KitchenThis is the kitchen. My cabinets will be Oak like these but I'm not doing Corian counters like these (that would cost me WAY too much...LOL.)

Bedroom View #2There is a HUGE "L-shaped" closet on a short walkway to the bathroom behind me. I only wish I had enough clothes to fill it!!!
